We provide professional chauffeur and luxury driver services in Dubai as described on our website. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes but exclude gratuities.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge or a minimal cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the service may incur up to 100% of the booking value as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after deduction of applicable fees.
Drivers are licensed, insured, professionally trained, and comply with all local traffic laws.
Vehicles provided will be clean, well-maintained, and correspond to the requested category. Substitute vehicles of equal or higher standard may be provided if necessary.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers must comply with safety instructions and local laws.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings in the vehicle.
Complimentary waiting times are as stated at booking (usually 15-30 minutes).
Additional waiting time will incur charges as per the agreed rate.
We strive to be punctual but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
